Hey all!
I am trying to tone up and shape up for summer! I am approching 40 and seem to be loosing energy, any suggestions? I am looking for a plan to help me tone up my abs, legs and upper body. I also need to strengthen my back, due to medical issues..
I go to the gym as I can, but am totally lost when it comes to a plan for my age and what I want to do.
I'd also like to learn some Yoga, and other relaxing exercises.
