I'm smiling a little bigger to day cause i'm now down to 214 and my BMI has really dropped, ,i'm having to change up my workout adding strength training and intenity , i'm happy .

a little more

im happy with my journey so far  , im loseing weight and  inches ,i just have a problem with my ankles hurting the first 1/4 mile, after that they ease off alittle , by the next 1/4 mile it doesnt hurt any more, i hope it will go away completely as time goes by, ..........

the other problem is i cant keep the fat% down , but still loseing, my calorie intake is 1550 caories , some times i barely make the 1550 im either way under or 800 cals over , any help out there....

hello all 2.5 ins gone yes that just made my day ... fat% down  /   .9%, and i will say if it wasnt for this web site and all the people that cheer me on and motovate me it would not have happen, every one and every tool has helped me keep up the HARD work { aint easy} but is possable............

ive been walking one mile 5 days aweek , today i walked 1.5 miles (brisk walks ), im working my way to a 2 mile brisk walk 5 day a week ... deadline 5-7-13...

well went to diet doctor and im still at 11lbs  ,,, she wants me to work up to 2 miles now i been doing 1 mile ,, i have 3 wks to work up to 2 miles ..... i just have a problem with my  feet and its not my shoes , they are less than 3 months old and fit well ...

hi all i have lost 10lbs in 11 days and i've only cut cals and walked 30mins brisk walk 5 to 6 times aweek... i know before long this just walking wont cut it , but i have been a couch potato for 2yrs playing xbox live and watching T.V... im having to build up my activety level its been REAL LOW for awhile now......any ideas what i can add to my walking ........

keepin the fat down

i'm having a hard time keeping my fat intake at target or below , my carbs are below target and my protein is low most of the time , REMEMBER i have to eat what i cook for my family and just eat small portions . any help out there , i need some ...
