week one :
It was hard , why because of trying to work it out in my mind. I workout three days, came home and pop something sweet in my mouth. Then thought how can I say I want to lose weight and look great when I fall back into the same routine.  so I thought to myself , I did it once at losing 30lbs, why can't I get my mind back on track. when I'm in the gym I feel good know that I'm working on me. Trying it again

Well, it has been a minute since I wrote, I must say I have been working out yea to me. But not happy with my slow results, so I going to step it up . I have a goal in mind, My daughter comes home for spring break in march and I want to see how much I can lose befor then . I shooting for 15-20lbs. maybe 3 to 4 inches off total body. I have put in my mind I can start off small in the brain maybe my body will catch up lol.... so I am trying  30minutes  on monday with stren...

Gosh, I workout monday with cardio and upper body and boy, I will tell you I am feeling it today , which is thursday. I forgot about writing, I going to try to play catch up . I workout out tuesday just cardio 55 minutes. after working out I felt good . I am trying to stay away from the weight scale that is in my bathroom. HELP....... You know women are train to get up in the morning and step on the scale because everything have not completely move down with gravity help lol....

GETTING STARTED

I just starting onlne blog, I have been working out since march starting with p90x . What program love it, need to start small and work my way up. In my head I'm thinking that I'm still 16 years old and my body is too. So I needed to slow things down. I am 42 and I love workout , after two months and not seeing the results I am going to admitted it was me not the program. It got me this time BUT I will be back P90x. lol , I started walking 3-4 miles 4 times a week and lost inches....
