    New PBR of 13:25/mile last night! Will do great at the Velocity 5k on 6/3! Little sore today, but should be ok to keep going tonight...though it's the night of intervals....run/walk/sprint...those sprints get me. I just slow it down when my knees hurt and pick it back up where I can.

  • I did go to that website, wow does that look hard. It looks like she doesn't use much weights or machines either. I like that, I just might try it, although it might be too advanced for me but I'm sure that would definately get me into shape quick.
