Each exercise should be performed with a weight that is comfortable, but not easy. You will be performing many repititions of each exercise, and therefore do not need heavy weight.

Find 5 of these exercises to do one day, then do a different 5 the next day. Only do them 4 days per week. You should feel the burn and be sore in a good way, but do not overdo it.
