From the creator: I have continued this weight loss challenge to the end of the year.....Why? Because A lot of us (including me) have not met out target goals. We find that situations, mistakes, unforeseen circumstances....LIFE happens, and we cant live it another day, until we get it right! This group is meant to inspire, uplift and challenge each other, so that WE can be held accountable for ourselves. If you want to vent, talk, find or add helpful tips.... here's the place to do it. I am a mother, a wife and a woman who struggles with her weight daily. It's hard, but it makes it easier when you have a community behind you....pushing you on! We will soon see that our personal goals will be met and we shall continue on. Eating right, Portion Control, Drinking 12c - 16 c of water daily, Exercise...WE CAN DO IT...and WE HAVE THE REST OF THE YEAR TO PROVE IT! MAKE 2013 THE YEAR WE FINALLY LOSE EVERY POUND THAT WE DESIRE!
