Yeah....day two completed. Feeling good about myself.
Yesterday was my day to do cardio...because the machine I wanted was taken I did a few leg and arm workouts while I was waiting. Once the machine was free...the elipticol...(spelling?). I like that machine...less impact on my knees.
What I found helpful....was listening to my daughters IPOD. At first some Alannis Morrisetter came on and it wasn't really movtivating, but

I have a bad habit of procrastinating...in all areas of my life. Especially when it comes to exercising. I will find every excuse not to do it....like not knowing what to do when I get there....hate gyms....etc.
