Ok I feel off the Bus once again but I am back in the saddle again and have some friends that are going to do this with me this time. Weigh in and focus, lets get this party started. Motivation is the key of no success. I need to stay focused, responsible, take responsibility of my actions and GET IT DONE. Here I start again, starting day 7.20.11 at 238 lbs. Goal is to loose 68 lbs by 2.16.12. That is 2.31 a week or 9.71 a month. I have a workout plan and a friend FB support team. Eat right and exercise daily. I lost 40 lbs last year and gained 37 of it back by letting go of the plan. Stay focused and LETS KICK SOME ASS. I dont like being FAT and I can do this!!!
