I´m going to try new tactic, change my diet a bit. I´m still going to exercise as much as I do but I´m going to lift more weights.
The plan is to eat fruits and protein for breakfast, I make this great fruit and spinach smoothie wich is full of vitamins and minerals and add protein powder to it. Ofcourse I´m going to make all kind of fruit smoothies so I will get different meal every day. I haven´t made a blog in a while, just haven´t had the time og the longing for it. I been doing okay I guess, I´m still very drepressed but hopefully that will get better with time.
I have been exercising every day except on sunday cause my fiancé went out hunting and then we had to go to a birthday party so I didn´t have the time... instead I had CAKE!!!!!! I´m still upset about it... I really don´t know why I am upset about it because it was such a small slice and it probably won´t do any har...

1. I really don´t like my looks, my body is so out of shape and every time I look in the mirror it reminds me of how elephant-like I look. I will never get the supermodel body that I want so bad... I think it´s day 10.....
I felt so upset after the weigh in on tuesday that I didn´t feel like writing anything. But life goes on and ofcourse the diet goes on or the new lifestyle changes I´ve maid.
I´ve been eating right, I´ve been exercising hard and I´ve been studying as much as I can.
I decited to watch my weight by weighin myself at the gym... so I know when I´m doing something right or wrong. I wen´t on the scale on wendsday and again today and since wendsday I´ve lost 1,5kg so.......

Worked out, ate healthy.... school... just normal day.
I gained 1,5 kg this week... I cried about it and I´m still crying cause I worked so hard.
Morning: Herbalife shake
Lunch: Herbalife shake
Snack: 1 Bell pepper and 1/2 cucumber.
Snack: 2 carrots and 1 appel.
Snack: 1/2 herbalife shake and 2 cinnamon buns (small about 70 kkal together).
Dinner: 50 g of chicken, bit of tomatoes and black beans.

As I wrote on friday I went to a summerhouse this weekend, well I did good diet wise but not so good exercise wise and really because the weather was not good.
Although I had a beer on friday evening and a white vine on saturday.... I planned to do so... but it is ofcourse not healthy so today and tomorrow will be very strict for me.
I started today like always, nothing different other then my daughter is gaining weight so it´s bit harder to carrie her. I went back home and slept for 1 hours...

Ofcourse I started the day like always, carrying my little girl (13kg) to the kindergarden... what was different today was that because of the snow, frost and raining the walk was pretty difficault, I really had to watch out so I would´nt fall with my precious in my hands.
Because it was a difficault night, my daughter woke up about 5 times, I really had to take a nap before going to the gym. So I slept from 9- 11 and then went to the gym. I calculated what I burnt in the gym... I think I´m c...

Started the day like alway, dressing my daughter and walking her to kindergarden. Because she is only 18months old I have to hold her (it´s too difficault for her to walk in the snow and upphill) and she is 13kg, so I´m walking for about 8 min. with her in my hands first thing in the morning. It was a bit difficault for me this morning... my hands were acing for some reason but I did in anyway.
