I'm having trouble getting this logged into the workout tracker, so I will post it here.
Monday:
Cardio: 25 minute Running on Treadmill
Strength: Abdominals, Thighs
Tuesday:
Cardio: 25 minutes Running on Treadmill
20 minutes on Elliptical Trainer
Strength: 15 minutes Pilates DVD. X 3 sections. = 45 minutes
Wednesday:
Strength: 15 minutes everyday pilates X 2 sections. = 30 minutes
Hockey Practice= 50 minutes
Thursday:

Hey,
This is a very cool website. I signed up for it months ago for new workout moves but did not realize the social networking potential of it.
I have finished University and move back home. After getting out of the student lifestyle, I am now in a full time job atmosphere. With this, I need to start the routine of a healthy lifestyle that will stay with me for years to come.
I am already an active person, as I play competitive hockey still and slowpitch in the summer for fun. ...
