In order to reach my initial goal weight of 130 lbs., FitClick has given me a daily calorie intake range of 1200-1300. That sounds like a lot, until you start planning meals. It’s going to take some practice to get myself into this range.

I am no longer on call. I have gone grocery shopping and filled my kitchen with healthy, delicious food. I took a bubble bath and did all the girly things, giving myself a mani/pedi and shaving my legs. I am now in clean jammies, getting ready for a good night's sleep (my first good night's sleep in days).
Tomorrow will involve jogging, relaxing, getting some errands and housecleaning down, and starting my new, healthy lifestyle.

This weekend, I was watching a stand-up special on Comedy Central. The comedian was Billy Gardell from Mike and Molly, and the special was called Halftime. He explained the title: He’s in his 40s, so this is officially halftime for him. As he ruefully looked down at his very plus-sized body, he said, “And man, I’ve played a crappy first half!”
