I'm back! Back to tracking and back to getting on track.

Been doing a lot of reading about DIet and Nutrition. Even went back to school last August for Diet and Nutrition. I'm planning to follow Keto guidelines. I truly believe all calories are NOT created equal and Carbs are not my friend.

Besides school I plan to climb (indoors for now) one or two days a week, do weights two days a week, and Tai CHi one or two days per week.

Curves has a shake mix that comes in two flavors, Vanilla and Chocolate. What an easy way to add 15 grams of

- Hungry? Try a glass of water first. It's not always hunger.
- Tired? Try a glass of water before reaching for a caffeinated drink. Dehydration can make you feel tired.

Healthy at the fair?

Sunday, September 26, 2010 at 11:26 AM filed under General postings
Even if you missed all the summer fairs, we are now into the harvest fair season. I really wanted to write an article about maintaining your healthy life style while at the fair for a day.
