Grrr. The hardest cravings to curb are my sugar cravings. I'm experoiencing great difficulty avoiding snacking. Blech.

1. Exercise
2. Don't nap
3. Stick to my jenny craig meals
If I can accomplish these three simple goals, I will be very proud of myself.

I am a third grade teacher. I get home around 3:45, and usually fall asleep for a couple of hours. However, I would like to try and break this routine. I need help! Today I am asking for a miraculous burst of energy at the time when I usually fall asleep. Wish me luck!

Get the number on the scale to start going down!!!
Be mindful of what I eat
Stop the mindless sugar-snacking
Meditate to reach a higher level of self-control
Impress myself with how I treat my body with respect and love

Okay, today I would like to stick to my diet, avoid temptation, excercise, and be kind to myself. So far, so good!
PS When I reach 140 lbs, I am going to buy myself an iphone!

Be mindful of what I eat

Avoid SUGAR!
Treat myself with kindness, even though I have gained back 5lbs of the 15lbs I lost since October and I am very frustrated.
Commit to a new lifestyle
