So, this is sort of my first week back trying to lose weight, and I did pretty well. I put down everything I ate and all the exercise I did, and only one day was techniquely bad because I ate a lot and barely exercised. That's okay though because I weighed in this morning 3.6 pounds lighter. Yay me! If only I could keep this up for another hundred or so pounds.

I haven't been on this site for a long time, but I'm ready to try again in losing weight. Today I weighed in, and my weight is 246.0 pounds. My goal is 140 pounds by July 2011. I made a mini time line for me that has the reasonable weight loss of 2 pounds a week to reach my main goal. by September, I hope to be 226 pounds. By January 2011, I hope to weigh 196 pounds. By my 22nd birthday (March 17th, 2011), I hope to weigh 168. And the last date is the final goal of 140 by July 2011. I ...
