today i am going to the gym again to workout i weighed myself this morning it was a good morning i weighed in at 281!! i am so excited.

getting discouraged

i have been going to the gym and working out for over an hour every night 20 minutes on the eliptical, 35 minutes on the bike, 10 on the treadmill, walk the track for 10 minutes. cut back on eating and have only lost 2 pounds. what am i doing wrong? i feel good after working out but just wish my belly would get smaller. i tell my sister in law i love going but some days i don't want to go.

Went to work out again today with my sister did the eliptical this time for 20 min for 1.38 miles and the bike for 5 miles in 25 minutes. really proud of myself i didnt have to stop at all. everyday it gets easier.

getting back on track

i havent been on here in a while i gave up had gained the weight back and a few pounds more. the last 2 weeks i have been going to our local rec. center and working out with my sister in law and daughter. we have been going 7 days a week for at least an hour if not longer. I first use the eliptical for 12 minutes now i started at 7 min and could barely do it but it is now getting easier. i use the tread mill, the bike, the leg presses etc. i use to be so outta breath but like i said each t

I have cut back on eating i try not to eat in between meals and drinking more water. i have been doing alot of cleaning. i still need to get into the exercising mode still havent i am hoping if i lose more weight i will want to go for more walks. i am thinking maybe tonight going to the gym for an hour to work out. i have a membership i might as well use it. i did weigh my self today i went from 284 to 279.5 its a start every little bit that i lose is a step being closer to my goal. my dau

being in control

today is 1/3/13 i really want to lose weight i am up to 284 lbs. i am not happy with my weight at all. i have anxiety i feel if i lose the weight that will help with my anxiety and fears. i also have high blood pressure and am on medicine for it. hopefully with the weight loss i will be able to be taken off the medication. i have 3 children and would love to have the energy to go for walks with them and play outside with them. at this point i would rather stay in the house and do nothing.
