Went to work out again today with my sister did the eliptical this time for 20 min for 1.38 miles and the bike for 5 miles in 25 minutes. really proud of myself i didnt have to stop at all. everyday it gets easier.

I have cut back on eating i try not to eat in between meals and drinking more water. i have been doing alot of cleaning. i still need to get into the exercising mode still havent i am hoping if i lose more weight i will want to go for more walks. i am thinking maybe tonight going to the gym for an hour to work out. i have a membership i might as well use it. i did weigh my self today i went from 284 to 279.5 its a start every little bit that i lose is a step being closer to my goal. my dau
