Yesterday I really begin to experience a sense of guilty for not exercising. I've always felt bad about stopping my walking regimen but I knew it was necessary when I gained the extra weight. I and my daughter was walking about 4 days a week consistently. We were building or time and walking about 30 minutes. Then I gain that last dreadful 10 pounds.
