Shouldn't have gotten on the scale!

I weighed myself this morning... just one day earlier than I usually weigh in.  The scale shows that I've gained 3 pounds this week!  Yikes! I attribute this gain mostly to "that time of the month" being right around the corner... but I also feel it's partly due to me not working out over the last three weeks!! 

I was really wanting to get back into my workout and yoga routine this week but, once again, did not have time!!  S...

I'm back!!

It's been 19 days since my last weigh in!  I'm happy to say that I've maintained my weight loss during that time!  I haven't worked out much over the last 3 weeks though.  I haven't been on my treadmill or done any weight training at all and I've only done my yoga 3 times... but I'm still watching my calories and watching what I eat so it's been ok.

Work has slowed down finally and my kids' school activities are ending this week as well so I'm bo...

Going strong... just busy!

Wow... it's been a week since I wrote anything on here!  I've wanted  to be more active on the site but have been so incredibly busy I simply haven't had time!!  I've been tracking my food and everything... just haven't had time to updated that info on the website.  That's ok though... I'm still doing well!

I did gain a pound last week but wasn't surprised... I ate more than usual on Easter.  I was surprised I didn't gain more than 1 pou...

Stressful week

My last workout was last Friday...yikes!  We spent Saturday at our son's baseball tournament and then I spent Sunday morning getting food ready to take to my family's for Easter dinner.  I ate a lot  for Easter dinner too! LOL  Nothing too terrible though... I had a little bit of everything but it was the most food I've eaten in one sitting in a very long time!

Down 2 more pounds!!

YEA!!  Stepped on the scale this morning and have lost 2 more pounds in the last week!  My measurements were ok too... lost another 1/2 inch in my upper arms and 1/2 inch from my waist... and a 1/2 inch from my boob... can't say I'm too happy about that! I kind of enjoyed the larger chest that came with my weight gain! LOL

Anyway... I have worked out every night this week.  Wednesday and Thursday all I did was my Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga

Super busy weekend!

I didn't workout Friday night... I was packing our stuff for our son's baseball tournament that was out of town! I got up Saturday morning and ran 1.5 miles... didn't do my yoga or weights but that's ok... at least I got my cardio in that day! We got home about 8:00 Sunday night and had a late supper and crashed about 9:30 so no workout on Sunday either.  But that's ok... I worked out extra hard last night to make up for it! 

I tried to watch what I was eating...

Buh-Bye muffin top!!

This morning I put on a pair of khakis that used to be too tight and a shirt that used to accentuate my muffin top... well, the pants are sagging on my hips and the shirt actually accentuates my WAIST!!  Whoo hoo!!  They fit great, they look great and I feel great!!  My muffin-top days are O-V-E-R!!!

I did my cardio last night... only 1.25 miles but I did it in 20 minutes

Still OK...

I went to my daughter's first track meet of the season yesterday!  It was such a beautiful day and she did really well!  By the time I got home it was a little after 6:00 and my husband and son were over at a friends house so I got on my treadmill for 25 minutes and walked/jogged 1 1/2 miles before starting on supper. 

I wasn't able to get in my yoga workout last night but that's ok because I plan on doing it all tonight!  My husband and son wil...

Back on track!

Got my cardio in last night!  I jogged 1.5 miles in a little under 25 minutes.  I wanted to go 2 miles but had to finish getting dinner ready because my son had baseball practice.  After hubby and son left for practice I did a little housecleaning and laundry, made a BIG salad that will be part of my lunch all week, and then I did my Biggest Loser Weight Loss yoga!!  

Man... whoever thinks yoga is easy is wrong!!  ...

Rough weekend...

I didn't workout at all Friday, Saturday or Sunday!!  Ugh!  Our weekend was super busy but I know I still should have made time for my workouts!  I feel a little guilty for slacking off but I will get back on track tonight!  I'm still not going to get on the scale until Friday morning though... no sense in weiging myself and possibly seeing a gain after a weekend of not working out!  

We're going to have a lot of crock-pot meals th...
