So just finished the night with a 2.05 mile run, 20 leg lifts, and 60 crunches. I feel so good, down fall is I know I am not going to be able to sleep body is too amped up and I am so tired but body is not having it at all...over all strong finish to today!!

So I am doing what I feel is really good on this diet/weight loss journey. However, now I find myself capping off at 450 calories when i am allowed 1340-1440. I try to eat, but then I start to feel guilty and just tell myself I am not hungry. Yesterday all I ate was a bagel at breakfast, and just drank water all day. We tried to go out for dinner last night and at first I was going to order a chicken sandwhich then my boyfriend was complaining because it was $8.00 then I asked for a side salad, ...

So I guess last night went okay. I hate about 3/4 of a gyro but with the calories I still came in under my calorie limit which I am happy about. Upped speed on treadmill, and also stayed on for 5 minutes longer than I did last night. I also did 90 crunches, I am feeling so sore and icky this morning feel like I am going to ge sick. I need sleep feel as though I have had no sleep. On Sunday I am going to do my first weigh in and so scared, worried that I will get discouraged. My new goal is...

So day 3 finished as a success, I have been coming in below my calorie allowance which I am completely excited about. I also last night upped my speed on the treadmill from 2.5 to 3, may not seem like a lot but for me it is. Also went from 45 crunches to 90, and this morning took 6 flights of stairs down 2 flights of stairs and then up another 2 flights. So I found a treadmill on craigslist for $50.00 it was a steal...Since then even though its only day 3 I am on a role. Ive wanted a treadmill for so long and i got one. On the count of how out of shape I am in I can only do about 30 minutes at a time, but figure it was 30 minutes more than what I wasnt doing last week. I think im on a good start...right?

So I made the decision that going on 24 and being on pre diabetes medication, and cholostral medication and needing a inhler to climb stairs is not acceptable. I used to be a wonderful 135 before I had kids, and even after my first one was back down to 140 about a month after I had her, but with my son it put me over the top.
