Kittys come back

Ok so I seem to be able to keep calories in check. My carb count has been way over goal for the two days that I have been at this. It is hard to imagine cutting out the unprocessed honey that I love so much in my green tea. I suppose I could switch from a pancake with syrup to a boiled egg on whole wheat toast. Wow, I never thought in 1986 when I graduated from High school that I would ever see this day. And i never in my wildest dreams thought that i would weigh 230 pounds.
