....So I've always been an athlete. I was a ballerina, gymnast, soccer player, cheerleader, and anything else active! I went off to college and initially stayed in shape. I would hit the gym at least four days a week after class.
....Then I went to grad school. I got so busy with class, internships, and work that the gym was a long lost memory. I've graduated now and ready to be a full adult but I feel my lack of exercise catching up with me.
