Well so far so good...We went to the high school football game last night. This morning I could hardly move because the blechers hurt my back. I do tend to get hungry around bedtime so I drink more water. Tom has been so good helping me keep my calories and ft content down.

So today I walked on the treadmill for 15 mins at 2.9mph. I know that isn't much,but it has been a very long time since I have done any exercise at all. I burned 104 cal which is good. To walk in the treadmill I have to walk to my sons house. My daughter will be bringing my Wii fit back to me so I can start to use it again. I am writing down everything that I eat or drink.

Today I start changing my life. I have friends to support me on facebook. I have told my husband that he will cook for him and Keith. I am determined to eat right, exercise and lose the necessary weight to do the job

I recently was given to bad news that my liver is 2 1/2 times larger than normal and my spleen is enlarged. I have to reduce my fat and lose weight or I could get liver damage and that will be bad. I want to live long enough to see my grandchildren grow up get married and have babies of their own. I know that I really need to do more exercising so I will start walking again. I pray that God will help me learn the right way to eat and to lose the weight before I get ill.
