Hi,
Today is rest day.
The workout are really killing my body. And heart rate are very high (70% to 85% ).

My definition of Functional Crossfit Training is working out at the same intensity as if your are in a game ( Football, Basketball, Boxing, or trying to save someone's life ) maximum efforts.

Your comment are appreciated.

I would like to  find out if there are other members that are doing functional crossfit fitness?

I would define this as workout that are usable to our daily  living, example DB curls we use our arms for  lifting  grocery bag or carrying a baby on our arms. Squats for lifting heavy boxes for our jobs.

Please let me know.

This site is the best.

Thank you.
