I know what my problem foods are. They are the ones that offer no nutritional value, but taste really good :-). So how do you respect all the work you did to lose significant weight, but still "live"? One word . . . moderation. I also work out extra when I've indulged, and I've kept off 65 pounds for 4 months. I know it's not really that long, but I take it one weigh-in at a time.
