trying to track calories burned...

I have a question reguarding how to work this site! I am not so much using it to give me a training program - more so to log what activities I do and then (hopefully) find out approx. how many calories I burned doing these activities. So, my questions is - in the workout section when I fill in what it is I did (or plan to do) and the time and distance etc. is there a way for me to get it to tell me how many calories I burned? Any help would be appreciated!
