OMG! It's worse than I expected

I haven't stood on scales for nearly half a year, and of course I expected my weight had stayed the same (...)! 2.5kg more than the last time! Right; that does it! I'm so going to start and not give up until I have changed my weight-rising habits! Priorities: Sugar. Sweets, especially chocolates need to be brought under control. If anyone has found strategies that work, please let me know. I looooooove chocolate, especially the dark kind. Hunger. I've been informed that I am an emotional eater. Especially junk food somehow seems to become irresistible when I am high or low. Fortunately, this one is not that hard to control, if I make sure I eat regularly and try to avoid being 'hungry'. A couple of tricks to contain my urge for junk food would be appreciated, though... Snacks. I don't snack too much, and when I do, I can find some enjoyment in an apple, pear or banana. Late at night having a 'little something' with my tea is a bit of a problem, though, since it always seems to scream for sweet stuff... Well, at least my demons are known. Now to looking them in the eye, and...
