Getting Off this Merry Go Round!!!!!!

The last time I lost 68 pounds I was disciplined!!! I logged down what I ate and stayed within my calorie count, took all the bad foods out of the house (cake, candy, etc.), had lots of fresh fruit and vegtables and ate lean proteins. I also started to exercise (slowly at first), drank water in place of other lunch and dinner beverages, and tried to surround myself with positive thinkers. Once I started to get sloppy again in terms of the discipline, I started packing on the pounds again. First I stopped exercising (really bad move!!!), then I started snacking on the wrong foods---that lead to more eating, depression, etc. I am so tired of this merry go round!!!! Now I am 100 pounds over-weight and on my way to being a diabectic if I don't watch out for myself. I don't like the feeling I have now about many things and can only remember how good I felt when I was a Normal Person in terms of my weight. I am determined to stop this insanity for once and for all!! I know how to do it! It requires DISCIPLINE. If you want to join me, I would be glad to have a friend(s) to blog with. The first two weeks are the thoughest, then it does get easier.
