I feel I am at a cross-roads in my life.   I am not happy in my career and feel somewhat unsure in many other areas of life.

Last night, I created a 4-square goal chart that looked like this:

PROBLEMS               SOLUTIONS
job                              1 resume out a day
$                                 keep all receipts
eating                          write down everything I eat
exercise                       every two days to start

GOALS                       PROCESSES
new job by 7-1-10         send out one resume a day
save fixed amount by     set a common place for receipts
8-1-10                          journal food, mood, exercise
22lbs off by 5-1-10       find a work out friend
set time to workout
daily

I started journaling in a book, and then thought it might be helpful to find a site to document everything.

MOOD:
Anxious and overwrought with worry about whether or not I am doing a good job at work.  In my head a lot of the time about my body and negative opinions.  I want to fit into my clothes again.  I am a size 16, pushing into an 18.  I was to be a size 14 and even get into a size 12 in some clothes.  I have been using the word 'hate' frequently.  I am smoking cigarettes too.  This should not be too difficult to stop over time as food is a much greater addiction than tobacco.

I love my boyfriend very much - but am insecure about myself and this impacts our relationship.

Wondering what the red means in my calories for the day?
