I turned 40 at the end of last year and have decided that I am tired of being tired and sick of having no energy. I played football in high school and was always active with biking and working out in my 20's. My 30's were a blur and I did not take good care of my health as I should have. It all stops today. I joined a Gym, picked a workout plan and am starting to eat healthy and live a different lifestyle. My goal is to be 200 lbs and I am currently 6'3" and 310 lbs so I have a ways to go but I am positive that through hard work and discipline, I can reach my goals to a happier, healthier life.
