First day at the Gym

Well, I have gotten off to a great start so far! I did 3.25 miles of incline brisk walking yesterday at home and ended the day around 895 calories which was too low. I spend around 1 and a half hours at the gym and feel pretty sore right now. I did a brisk incline walk of 3.82 miles in 65 minutes then worked shoulders, back and arms. I will probably be pretty sore in the morning but I plan on going to the gym Monday through Thursday and getting treadmill cardio done at home on the weekends. I am already at 900 calories for the day and that is after lunch. High proteins, low sugars and mild carbs for energy. I am going to weigh in again on Sunday morning this coming weekend and will update any progress made.
