Ok Caine got a job that was much needed I couldn't be the only one with a job. So now here is the problem I did realy well and lost 6lbs in 9 days plus 4in off my waist 1in off my hips and arms each. Now I am worried because we only have one car so my trips to the gym and my pilates class (that I just started) are going to be missed. I work over nights 7pm-8 or 9am thur, fri, sat. Caaine works any where between 5-7 days a week time changes on the job starting from as early as 130am-8am so going to my pilates class at 1030 am tue and thur is out and thats the only time they offer it I can still go to the gym Mon, Tue and Wed when Caine gets Off of work but is that really going to be enough gym time. I have a tredmill at home so I can get in the cardio when I can but that Thur, Fri, & Sat when I am sleeping Caine is at work and when Caine is sleeping am get ready for work the tredmill is in the bedroom. So again that only leaves Mon, Tue, & Wed  for me to use it same problem is it going to be enough and is it good to do both cardio and strength training 3 days in a row. Any one know of what I can do at home while Caine is sleeping or at work with the car to help better my work outs
