Begining of my {serious} journey

Good morning all! This is day 1 of actually tracking my progress and thoughts along the way.
A typical day for me look likes:
Wake up 5am
Get kids off to school by 6am
Get on computer until 7am
Babysitting kids arrive
Rest of day is spent between diapers, feeding kids, playing with kids etc.
3pm kids arrive home from school and the madness begins with homework etc.
by 5pm all kids have left
5 pm leave for the gym
home around 7pm
get kids ready for bed & in bed by 8
My new day
Up at 5am
kids getting themselves ready for school while mom does Walk Away the Pounds DVD - 3 miles with some strength training at the end Total calories burned 400 (per my heart rate monitor) total time spent 48 minutes
I am going to strive to be more active through out my day. Not only as far as exercise is concerned but also mentally. This translates to less facebook!! I am down from 215 to 194 since November. My goal is to get down to 140.
