Day 2 of baby steps goal

I got on the scale around noon and I am down to 205.8! WOOHOO!!! I refuse to weigh myself again until tomorrow around noon so I don't go scale crazy... lol. Anyways, I went to the gym and did cardio/abs/lower back. I burned over 600 calories. I decided to consume more protein today so I have made some hard boiled eggs and will have oven baked boneless skinless chicken breast at dinner tonight. I need to figure out what to have with it that isn't going to send my carbs and fat to the moon though. Perhaps just the chicken and some extra vegetables... I really like broccoli and squash so maybe I'll pick up both and do a veggie medley for mayself... mmm... sounds good.
I can't wait for tomorrow's weigh in... Hopefully it is less than today...
