CAUTION!!!!
I'm totally exhausted today. Ugh! I didn't want to go to the gym but my friend Lynn gave me some motivation in saying try at least 15 minutes and if your still don't want to or can't then stop. Of course, once I got to the gym I figured I better do more than 15 minutes. I didn't do as much as I have been doing but I went and worked out. I did 40 minutes on cardio and did some strength training for abs and lower back. Total of only 400 something calories but better than not going at all. My weigh-in today was slightly higher than yesterday but that was probably because of my heavy dinner last night, It was very high in protein and low in fat so maybe some of the weight difference was because some fat changed to muscle... lol... I can hope... Anyways, I'll try for my regular workout plus strength tomorrow morning. Wish me luck.
