Yeah! My weight went down again today! My friend told me that I needed to eat more to get my energy back so I ate my recommended calories yesterday and today I do have some more energy. I will have to do the same again today and see if it helps for tomorrow. It's really hard for me to eat because before trying to lose weight, I wouldn't eat all day and then eat a large dinner. Probably partially why my thyroid has gone to poot. Anyways, eating is a bit easier with going to the gym because I know I need energy to exercise and I need protein to build muscle. Trouble I'm having is finding protein other than baked chicken breast that isn't terribly high in fat. Someone recommended tofu and I went to the store and checked it out but it looks so nasty I don't think I could eat it at all. Lol. Anyways, I have eaten a cereal bar for breakfast and now I'm going to start getting ready for the gym. So I will eat something before going (probably an apple) and then I'll work out and drink probably 2 more bottles of water. I saw somewhere that we need 80 ounces of water per day when trying to lose weight because it flushes the fat out of our bodies. That's only 4 bottles (20 ounces each) for me. I already have had 1 this morning, will have 2 more during and after my workout and 1 more this afternoon... heck I may even drink more than that depending on how late we stay up tonight... Well, I'll post again after the workout. Oh! I have a job interview on Monday at 11. Wish me luck!
