Ok, almost halfway through this goal and on the weight side of things, I am actually losing weight and enjoying the gym. Unfortunately I've only gone from 207 to 205 this week. Hopefully this coming week I can lose the next 5 pounds. I am going to step up the workout by doing an additional cardio at the end of my workout to burn more calories and see if that helps. I'm unfortunately also starting to fall into the anorexia thing again. I'm not really interested in eating anything even though I am exercising like mad. I am still making myself eat several times throughout the day and they are healthy things but I am not hitting enough calories at all. I am basically staying under 1000 calories with most days only hitting 6-700. I will try harder this next week with both food and exercise and see if I get the results I am looking for. I also met someone at the gym today who recommended some classes that they offer to members. One is called "Butts and Guts" so maybe I will try a class or two this week to change things up and confuse my body so it doesn't get used to one routine. Wish me luck folks. 5 more pounds to go and 7 days to do it in.
