3 day diet plan menu

I just finished cycle 2 of my diet I wasnt as happy as the first time but I lost 2 pounds in 3 days and that is still a pretty good average. So I started June first and then off on 4 and back on 5th and done 8th. my total loss minus what I gained form the off days is now.. 6 pounds in 7 days. I honestly think that alot more loss comes the first week and would count on a 2-3 pound loss each cycle .. but the less you way its always harder to loose. So with that I think doing this 5-6 days a week should have a loss of about 4 pounds which is not so bad that equals to 16 pounds a month. I am struggling with this diet though just like any diet. On a good note, I feel my appitie starting to shrink and my desire for some of my favorite foods start to vanish.
I got a request for more info on this diet and I am new to this site and not sure how to reply so I will give some info here.
Day 1 1/2 grapefruit, toast with peanut butter 1 tablespoon or less.. skippy for me.
Lunch 1/2 cup tuna use albacore its the best tasting on 1 pice of toast . This is a hard meal and nothing but pepper or salt but I never add salt.
I use just a half teaspoon mayo as little as possible at first till I can tolerate the plain taste more.
Dinner 3 ounces of meat , I use a lowfat meat like chicken or turkey from the deli. I cup of green beans( the originally diet only has green beans here but I found that asparagus is almost a perfect match and I use that sometimes for green beans). 1 apple you can wait a little while and eat it.
1 cup of regular vanilla ice cream only.
I try to eat all my foods before 7pm.
Day 2 1 boiled egg and toast.. I cut my egg up put it on the toast and add pepper its not bad. 1/2 banana.
Lunch 1/2 cup cottage cheese and half cup tuna.
Dinner 2 hotdogs I always use jennie o they taste great for turkey hotdogs and they are much better for you, 1 cup of beets.. I usually use green beans instead and half cup ice cream.
Day 3 1 boiled egg and toast
Lunch 5 crackers and about 2 small slices of provalone cheese.
Dinner 1 cup tuna and 1 cup of green beans. no ice cream its the hardest day.
This is what I eat 3 days on 1 day off 3 days on... the original plan says 3on 4 off but I find you can gain to much in 4 days and this works better for me.
