Getting started

Ok so i'm going to get started to a healthier me tomorrow. I'm not doing anything drastic right away or i'll never keep up with it. My first plan is to cut down and eliminate soda and begin to do some sort of exercise [ joined a gym less than 10 minutes from my house]. Let's see how it goes. At 201.8 and going ultimately for 185 [ should be 175 but 1 step at a time].
