Getting back at it!

Well, I haven't posted in forever but I have kept up with my healthy eating and am down to under 150!! I started close to 180 last fall!
Where I am lacking is the exercise department. I walk the dogs and am active at work, hardly ever sitting, but I need to do some strength training and some REAL cardio!
I start a new job on Sept. 17 and it will afford me more full days off. I will work longer days when I do work, but will have 3 to 4 days a week completely off-- no excuses for not getting to the gym or doing one of my Hip Hop Abs DVDs! I am committing to doing one or the other each day off!
