faithful

Prayers out to my son he can't seem to find himself, at 22 our college graduate he has moved back home which I know is not cool so hard to have an adult child living with you when they don't seem to have any confidence in themselfs I feel like I have failed him!  Lord knows that he does not want to hear any advice from mom and dad,  I know I can not fix it he has to do it on his own and it is so hard to watch, but it is like living with an teenager again.  Needless to say I have been really off track with my diet.  I can exercise without a problem.  I get up every morning with good intentions I workout and stick to my calories I have planned until the end of the day when I get home and we are all here.  I have got to stop my emotional eating!!!
