Food journals really reveal how bad my diet can be.
I like this one particularly because it tracks all nutritional facts about what I eat and keeps it all tallied.
this works worlds better then trying to keep up with my diet on notebook paper.
i'm quickly realizing how much of a change i need to make.
day one of my diet tracking and i went emmensely over budget and i didn't work out like a planned. The working out shouldn't be hard, it's only twice a week.
I eat too much much at night.
thats my biggest downfall.
and i always make excuses for working out even though i really enjoy exercise once I make myself do it.
