I'm having trouble getting this logged into the workout tracker, so I will post it here.
Monday:
Cardio: 25 minute Running on Treadmill
Strength: Abdominals, Thighs
Tuesday:
Cardio: 25 minutes Running on Treadmill
20 minutes on Elliptical Trainer
Strength: 15 minutes Pilates DVD. X 3 sections. = 45 minutes
Wednesday:
Strength: 15 minutes everyday pilates X 2 sections. = 30 minutes
Hockey Practice= 50 minutes
Thursday:
Cardio: 25 minutes Running on the Treadmill
20 minutes on Elliptical Trainer
Strength: Abdominals, Thighs.
Friday:
Cardio: 25 minutes running on the Treadmill.
Strength: 15 minutes Pilates X 3= 45 minutes
Saturday:
Morning Pilates
Hockey Game = 90 minutes
Sunday: Rest
