Another fat day, another fat girl. Yup, i ate like a horse...i'm OVER my calorie intake (1200) calories, and i just feel terrible. Tomorrow is a Basketball tourney, which i think we'll play 2 games, and since i start, I'll play most of them. That'll burn alot. My plan is for me to have a slimfast bar (mom's) which has 200 calories. I'll have one for breakfast and just not eat untill after the tourney. I think it ends at like 2? I don't know. After i go home I'll eat a salad with only lettuce and ranch...my guess is like 50 calories because i REALLY like ranch :). Then I'll drink like 2 diet cokes...untill i go to this movie party for the basketball players. I think I'll eat another plain salad with only ranch on it again before i go, It should help me steer clear of all of the food. But, I know me, I'll mess up. I know I'll have like a few cookies...probably about 100 calories each, so I'll have to be super careful. AND I really want to go to the gym tomorrow, like AFTER the tourney, but i think my mom will freak out or something. Hopefully this works, and kind of makes up for all of the binging that has been going on. 600 calories tomorrow and I'll be happy. Ugh, I'm a cow.
