Today was a REALLY good day :) I ate UNDER my calories...and I had two practices...one at 6-7:30 and another tonight at 5:30-7:00...I didn't do very much running the second practice...because i already ran alot...but i did sit-ups while the younger girls ran...so i atleast did something. BUT after i ate dinner, a fat dinner, i ended up weighing 131.2...which is GREAT for me. My goal tomorrow: 2 peices of toast with Peaunut Butter on it for breakfast...and then I'll try to just sip on Diet Coke untill Dinner...in which I'll eat a hot dog (I'll be at a wrestling tourney all day) and then continue to sip on diet coke untill i get home. Then I'll have an apple sause before going to bed...so i don't DIE. I'm going to TRY to go to the gym tomorrow night...depends how late the tourney goes. If i do I'll try to get an hour...mainly of biking and lifting.

So far i can kind of see some change...my stomachs flatter...and i'm already starting to feel alot more confident. My goal is to get to 125 before school gets out (6 pounds) and then in the summer get down to 120. I'm hoping to be able to stay there. I wanna be in the best shape that i can.
