Hey guys!  So I'm 21 years old and have always had weight problems ever since I was around 8 years old.  Throughout high school I played sports to keep me at a comfortable weight of 170ish, but I've never been truly happy and healthy.  In 2008 I graduated and started college and actually only gained about 10 pounds my freshman year.  Sophomore year is when it all went downhill, I went from 185 to 220 in a semester. I realized how unhappy I was around May of last year and dropped back down to 180 by august.  Well i'm not back up to 190 because of a rough school semester and my stress eating habits, so I'm hoping to drop 30 pounds before summer!  I'm very excited for the journey and to start seeing progress!
