workout regimen

my workout regimen takes 1/2 hour at the gym, 15 min at the park, and 1/2 hour at home.  In real time it takes about an hour and a half to two hours to complete though.  Today's work was over 500 calories, that was good.  by the end of the day I had eaten close to 2000 calories which means i had a 1500 calorie day--at my weight height etc., thats about a 2pound a week decrease.  i'm going to weigh in this friday and see what the first two weeks of regimen has done to my 210 weight.
