So my weight is 188.4 probably due to taking break from working out yesterday.  I am now going to start taking about 10-12 oz liquid in the morning.  Possibly will make my Lean Shake instead for my Daily Carbs and try to make sure I work out one break a week should be good.  I feel I should only weigh myself every week or so.  Yesterday I think I had more food than I should have need to add more veggies and fruits if i'm hungry and proteins will be more satisfing with it.

Starting to really doubt no carb idea,  Maybe one week will do the 7 day detox i've done before as will be easier with Filler to aid, it's basically Day 1: Only Juices, Day 2: Vegetables, Day 3: Add Fruit, Day 4: Add Beans and nuts Day 5: Add Dairy, Day 6: Add Meat, Day 7: Add Wholes Grains. Supposed to help you also shrink your stomach and adapt to eating specifics last time I did it was pretty painful the first day but when creative with cooking it's kinda interesting.

For snack today I had 1/2 blackberries and couple bites cottage cheese now eating california pizza kitchen small single pizza I think 400 some calories.  I think when working I think about food, might have one splurge meal this week like sandwich or something.  It's weird having small meals all day I feel often little hungry but like i'm eating more even though I'm eating less just frequently.  I think I need to start making breakfast bigger and that way I don't feel as hungry early on like today it's about 11:30 started lunch.

I'm also realizing the point of the filler was not to deprive myself but to not feel hungry or not have enough room in my stomach to eat more.  Tomorrow I may make the mixture a little thicker and start eating a bigger breakfast with serving of fruit, and either toast or egg with slice toast for example, somethign very filling so that I don't think so much about eating I may even start taking solution as 8 oz drink 30 mintes before each meal?  The website I got the idea from said it would stay in your stomach for around 12-16 hours I Don't think that is true at least it seems to be getting somewhat digested unless i'm really not taking as much as I should?  Could be in my head, But tomorrow I will try to overdo the solution make it thick and do 16 oz Maybe flavor it with some juice.  I'd prefer to eat what I crave bt get very full after small amounts now I feel i'm getting obsessed with losing to the point where I don't want to eat but do as to not slow down in the day.

2:00 Had apple around 1 really helped calm down appetite somehow, it's now 2:00 feeling hungry made filler got it finially to right consistency need smaller measuring spoons to figure out exact amount.  Mixture was sludgy looked much more thicker like ghostbusters II pink slime under the city.  I believe this is the right consistency tomorrow will make in the morning 16 oz and see how day goes.  Now eating carne asada salad since going to the gym today has lots protein, if I'm sluggish before going to gym maybe have small dowl cereal as carbs are good pre workout.

Went to gym had good workout but was way tougher than usual feel exhausted but good glad I had the big salad it helped sustain me.  Will probably have some snacks little later back and joints def hurting more than usual, probably should aim for yoga class once this weekend or something may help.
