Day 5

So today I'm doing 16 oz and used 2 teaspoons of Guar Gum and larger amound of Xantham gum. Had to drink with a straw as second 8 oz was getting quite thick aded some juice should use half juice for flavor in the future. Feel pretty full will wait a little and make some breakfast. Might just snack on Bacon and fruit since feel kinda bloated, expecting my period today as started feeling sore and crampy last night. Also strange as I noticed I wake up every day at 5 am so I take my pill but too early to go to gym plus sleepy so will probably go walking today and try to do some sit ups or something for exercize.
So weighed in and i'm still at 189.8 hopefully after my period will see some loss as I know there's often water bloating etc beforehand. If for any reason i eat well on vacation nxt weekend and i have not lost much will definately do some sort of more extreme change maybe juice diet or fast for a week or so my body somehow seems to not respond much. Usually I lose weight the best by exercise so may have to start pushing myself harder at the gym maybe go with slim fast and lean cuisines should be easy just worried about soium content and preservatives in them. I need to learn patience though. Will try to resist weighing myself till after my period this time.
Had lunch about 11:30 piece of Salmon (I think 3 oz) Trader joes mixture of califlower, and brocoli probably 3/4 cup was gross no flavor and 1/4 cottage cheese and a blueberry Fage Greek Yogurt. Seems like once I eat is when I get hungry. But okay for now will wait if still hungry will have an apple for snack.
Also had some nuts feeling kinda nautious thinking maybe I have not been eating enough, having small bowl of fiber Kelloggs. Not sure why I feel so sick probably too much sugar on sesame seed almonds. Have not had any carbs really either.
started my period ended up eating dinner which was curry chicken with peppers and onions later snacked on chocolate and had some chips and guacamole. Should have taken more solution in the evening as I only did 8 oz didn't keep as full. After eating felt pretty stuffed.
