I wonder how much stress effects my weight

Right now I'm feeling a bit stressed out by pretty much everything. My husband is working out of town and I miss him terribly. My grandparents (both in their 80s) have been in and out of the hospital for the last 6 months and things really aren't looking any better for them. I started work this week after being a stay at home mother for 6 months, and am trying to make sure my little girl knows everything she needs for kindergarten this fall. Add to it that I'm moving in a few weeks. Is it any wonder I'm going nuts? I guess it could be worse it can always get worse, but after the move then my husbands job will be permanent and he will be close enough that he will be home most nights instead of being gone for months at a time, which I am grateful for. His company also provides free benefits for the entire family which is awesome and is paying for his apprenticeship program all the way through his masters. Its really an all around good thing, but it does make me sad to be moving away from my family. My parents live here and my aunt and uncle and grandparents. I have family in other places too of course but it will be hard to leave somewhere I've lived most of my life. And in the midst of all this I'm still trying to lose the last few annoying extra pounds and get toned up again. Not a great time to try new things when so many others are requiring my attention but at least I'll give it a shot. Hopefully things will work out better than I think they will.
