25 pounds!

Hi! I'm Ellie and hopefully you'll enjoy reading my blog! I'm on FitClick because I have (had?) and eating disorder and I'm trying to prove to myself that healthy weight loss works! I've been in a starve, binge, and purge cycle for 18 months or so, and my turning point was when I realized that after all that, I'd ultimately gained weight! Funny huh? Bulimia is a very odd eating disorder, It seems like it's working in the moment, but then you lose all your water weight, and you just start gaining it all back. I was originally 127, then I dropped to about 118, then shot up to 136 all in about 2 or 3 months. This cycle just goes on and on, and this is me stopping it. My goal is a very healthy and reasonable 112 pounds (I'm 5' 4", forever short!). It took a lot for me to set this healthy goal as opposed to 86. That was my goal the last 18 months, and lets be honest, I don't have that much water weight! So now I'm simply going to lose fat, no water, and go back to college in 1 1/2 months looking better than I do now. :) keep reading, and I swear total honesty about when I slip on my diet, or my eating disorder. One thing though, I lied about my name for my own dignity and privacy, hope you don't mind!
