Hey, just checking in. I'm about to do my weigh in. 134, so I've lost 2 pounds but I think it's just water weight because I didn't diet hardly at all last week. :( I live with my parents and my relationship with my mother isn't great. She's always dieting and calling herself fat (and she is a bit over weight) and I never know if she's okay with me dieting. She always tells me to eat healthier, and sorta acts like she thinks I'm fat. The thing is, I'm embaressed to "diet" around her, I feel like I'm admitting that I am fat (which I don't think I am, just chubby, I'm only 134!) And when I do tell her, I feel,like, pressured to stay on my diet which freaks me out, so then I'm like sneaking food. No good for my ED :(. Anyway, I would love some ideas about how to diet around my mother.
